RENTAL DISCLAIMER: Stroede Center for the Arts (The Stroede) facilities are available for rental to businesses, individuals, groups, and organizations.  Rental agreement does NOT imply any affiliation with The Stroede or the DCCC.  Rental parties may include the building address and locator map on invitations and promotions.  Use of the "Stroede" name and/or images of the building may not be used without written consent from an Executive Director of The Stroede.

The Stroede reserves the right to approve or deny any rental request. Submission of a rental inquiry does not guarantee approval. The Stroede may decline rental requests for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Events that conflict with the mission, values, or operational priorities of The Stroede.
  • Concerns regarding the financial viability, safety, or security of the proposed event.
  • Events that may present reputational risks to The Stroede or its stakeholders
  • Prior rental history, including compliance with The Stroede policies and agreements.

All decisions regarding rental requests are final and at the sole discretion of The Stroede. The Stroede is under no obligation to provide a reason for the denial of a rental request.
